Being called an “Odd Future affiliate” is a double-edged sword. On one side, there’s the instant attention and validation that comes with the stamp. The flipside is that other potential listeners tend to take the long route to avoid anything related to OFWGKTA, meaning smaller acts from the Odd tree get overlooked and lack exposure.
