Launched as an April Fools’ Day joke, the Times Haiku Tumblr is actually kind of amazing. The site turns excerpts of seemingly random NYT articles into short Japanese poetry. They only put up 66 posts today but it would be great if this meme continued throughout the year. Check out a few of the highlights below.
