Universal’s San Diego Comic-Con panel just wrapped up, and it didn’t contain any ground-shaking news (no, Jim Carrey didn’t decide to stop being a dick and show up to promote Kick-Ass 2), but it did deliver a couple new red band trailers for Kick-Ass 2 and Riddick. The one for Kick-Ass 2 is particularly lengthy (appropriate considering all the wiener jokes in it) clocking in at over four minutes.

Phew, watching Kick-Ass 2 trailers is just too much of an emotional roller coaster for me. Depending on the scene the movie either looks like a lot of fun, or clunky, made-for-TV level crap. I don’t know what to think!
Anyways, here’s Riddick…
I haven’t been terribly excited for this movie, but then this trailer gave me Riddick foot juggling a machete then kicking it through a guy’s face. So yeah, red band trailers — they work!
