I’ve heard plenty of horror stories about employees having to sacrifice their holidays to work on Black Friday, and as you’re probably aware by now, Target was one of the retailers that actually opened for Black “Friday” at 6 p.m. on Thursday this year. Unfortunately, most Target locations didn’t have the stellar leadership of this manager, identified in the video description only as “#scot from Target” — who gives the most incredible war rally to his employees who are about to be descended upon by the frenzied masses looking for bargains, just outside the glass doors.
I feel like “#scot from Target” has greater things in his future than simply being a manager at Target, but on that day, he was just what a crew of beleaguered retail employees needed to get through working on a holiday. We salute you, #scot from Target.
