Three Separate Cops Declined A Florida Woman’s Offer To Trade DUI And Drug Charges For Sexual Favors

On Monday at around 3 a.m. ET, a Pinellas County, Florida police officer pulled over 24-year-old Palm Harbor resident Arielle Engert, when he spotted her car weaving around on the road. Engert failed field sobriety tests, and it was discovered that her blood alcohol was more than twice the legal limit and she was also carrying a small amount of marijuana in her purse.

Deputy Brian Sudbrink transferred Engert to the county jail, where she made him quite the offer to perform oral sex (as well as other sex acts) if he’d just make the two misdemeanors go away. Unsurprisingly, Deputy Sudbrink did not take Engert up on her offer. She was then processed into jail, where it was discovered she was also hiding a bag of cocaine in her bra.

The cocaine, on the other hand, was a much bigger deal than the two previous charges, since narcotics possession and introduction of contraband into a detention facility are both felonies.

But Engert had a plan!

The discovery of the cocaine allegedly prompted Engert to offer deputies Obed Munoz and Eric Biddle the identical sexual services that were proffered to Sudbrink. The illicit offers to the law enforcement personnel led to the filing of three separate bribery counts against Engert.

Just like the old saying says, this just goes to show: No matter how bad things get, never offer to give a cop any kind of sexual favor. Things, in any direction, will probably get worse.
