Well this is unexpected. After looking like he won’t be in the NFL at all for at least a year, Tim Tebow may be calling Foxborough home as Bill Bellichick has made another bizarre personnel move. Yep, Tim Tebow is signing with the New England Patriots, according to ESPN’s Ed Werder.
I’m not sure if the Patriots expect to run some Wildcat, have Tebow play another position or have a QB for when Brady packs his bags, but they pulled the trigger on the deal according to ESPN’s Ed Werder. At least nobody will be calling for Tebow to start here.
This begs the question: does the Tebow signing count as Robert Kraft’s tithing for the month or not?
