This weatherman holding an 18-month-old mastiff mix while trying to do a weather report on live TV is a perfect storm of “What could possibly go wrong here?” The dog, aptly named “Ripples,” was a guest from the Edmonton Humane Society, and the result was a good example of why meteorology and pet adoption don’t mix. Not to spoil anything, but this guy probably could have saved himself some trouble (as well as all those paw prints across his chest) if he would have just let go of the dang leash.

That is not a dog, that is a god damned horse.
well he is half mastiff
Das ma city!!
But yah this dude was popular on youtube a few years back for calling someone a ‘dyke’ on air, I’m too lazy to look it up but type in Dyke and Edmonton into youtube and you will have wasted yourself a solid 30 seconds.
At least the dog wasn’t trying to rape him, because that doesn’t make a good weather broadcast.
What do you mean don’t mix? All weather reports should have big, playful dogs in them from now on. I will start a letter writing campaign.
Mike Sobel still holds the all time news blooper crown for when he called a viewer a dyke on the air [www.youtube.com]
Thats a Great Dane (German Mastiff) mix for sure.
No! Handbanana no!
