The Man Claiming To Have The World’s Largest Penis Says It’s Ruining His Life

A 52-year-old Mexican man, Roberto Esquivel Cabrera, has been gaining attention in the Latin American media over claims that he suffers from a 19-inch penis. I say “suffers” because Cabrera says that, due to his condition, he cannot hold down a job or maintain a relationship with a woman.

The Huffington Post, which translated from Spanish language sites Telemundo and La Opinión, writes that Cabrera’s penis is supposedly 48.2 centimeters long with a 25 centimeter tip circumference, nearly 19 and 10 inches, respectively. Cabrera also provided X-ray scans (which you can see in the above video) of his gigantic penis, although doubts still remain with some outlets reporting that he simply suffers from an abundance of skin “down there.”

Responding to English-language reports that much of the appendage is excess skin (he has not examined Cabrera), Dr. Philip Werthman, director of the Center for Male Reproductive Medicine and Vasectomy Reversal in Los Angeles, told The Huffington Post that the man could perhaps be treated by a procedure akin to a “very big circumcision.”

If you’re wondering why, at 52 years old, Cabrera is only just now coming forward with his huge schlong, it’s because he conveniently wants to gain entry into the Guinness World Records. Unfortunately for him, Guinness does not have a category for “biggest penis.” So, whether or not Cabrera is the real deal or not remains to be seen, but, if he is, he will replace Jonah Falcon, the man who currently claims to have the world’s largest penis at 13.5 inches.
