Football season is upon us and no matter which team you’re rooting for, we can all agree, we’re just happy to see something playing on ESPN besides baseball and tennis. Football has given us all of the best, completely American traditions: tailgating, foam fingers, those helmet caps that allow you to drink beer from a tube, they all exist because of our new favorite national pastime and dammit, it’s time to get excited that the game is back.
But no matter how antsy you are for this year’s Superbowl matchup, you aren’t half as hyped as this dog that football is on our TV screens once more. A YouTube user recently uploaded this video of his four-legged pal waiting patiently as his owner channel surfed. While Fido doesn’t seem to be too impressed with sitcoms and shopping channels, he definitely perks up when the TV switches to his favorite sport. Now if we could only confirm whether he’s a Packers or Seahawks fan.
