The Orlando Nightclub Shooter Reportedly Called 911 To Claim Allegiance To ISIS

A slew of new information has been revealed about the man believed to be behind the terrorist attacks against the LGBT nightclub Pulse in Orlando, Florida. Omar Saddiqui Mateen was believed to have ties to Islamic terror, but now CNN is reporting that Mateen called 911 during the shootout to pledge allegiance to ISIS. The suspect also apparently mentioned the Boston Bombers, Dzhokhar and Tamerlan Tsarnaev.

This comes on the heels of reports that Mateen apparently may have been influenced by an incident involving two gay men in Miami in recent weeks.
