Andrew Wiggins’ Epic Poster Highlights The NBA’s Countdown Of Top 10 Dunks

Not bad.

We can’t help but take minor issue with the league’s ranking of its top 10 dunks from the regular season, though. J.R. Smith’s uncontested reverse alley-oop at number three? Seems high. Mike Scott’s towering jam over Bradley Beal all the way down at eight? Seems low. And where is Gerald Green’s gravity-defying effort against the Cleveland Cavaliers?

However, our biggest quibble here is that Andrew Wiggins’ epic facial over Omer Asik is so blatantly disrespected. There’s an argument to be made the rookie’s slam is superior to those of both Derrick Williams and James Ennis – the top two-rated dunks of the season.

Seriously, how does a classic like this sit so low on such a (relatively) underwhelming list?

Fortunately for dunking fans across the globe, Wiggins has the next decade-plus to top the league’s compilation of season-best jams. And given the way he came on late in his rookie campaign, let’s just say we won’t be surprised when he eventually does just that.
