Of Course You Want To See Chris Bosh Brewing Beer In The Back Of A Hummer

Chris Bosh is a personal favorite because an athlete of many interests is good for #content. One of those interests for Bosh is brewing beer. He apparently has home-brew setups in his homes in Miami and Los Angeles. And, in this episode of “That’s Odd, Let’s Drink It,” Bosh and Dogfish Head brewery founder Sam Calagione decided it would be a good idea to brew beer in the back of a stretch Hummer.

The inspiration for Bosh’s new beer? Texas barbecue:

Utilizing a state-of-the-art PicoBrew Zymatic home-brewing system, Sam and Chris brew inside a stretch Hummer while driving around Los Angeles looking for ingredients inspired by Chris’ love of Texas BBQ, as well as his off-season adventures abroad. With a little help from Kevin Bludso of Bludso’s BBQ, they discover the magic of a pitmaster-to-brewmaster alley-oop, then add a whole gang of globe-trotting spices to kick up their stout even further.

Craft brew is cool and all – whether you like classic light beer or prefer a more intricate style of alcoholic beverage is really none of our business – but BBQ stout sounds terrible and basically got us like:

BBQ and beer is a different story altogether, though.
