Watch Jae Crowder Miraculously Hit A Full-Court Shot From The Opposite End Line

Well here’s something you don’t see every day. Boston Celtics forward Jae Crowder was trying to inbound a ball with about a second left in the first half against the Indiana Pacers Wednesday night. With the limited time on the clock, Crowder was right to chuck the ball the length of the court. However, the ball banked right in off the backboard, which was ironically the last thing Crowder wanted to do. It’s early in the season, but this is definitely a clubhouse leader for shot of the year.

However, the shot didn’t count because technically Crowder was out of bounds. But all we’re saying is maybe it should have? If you have that much dumb luck, give the man three points. Who cares if it affects the outcome of the game? The season’s 82 strong and people aren’t going to remember what happened in week one anyway unless a rogue inbounds pass hits glass before net.

Do the right thing, NBA.
