Joel Embiid is just like us. On his off days he enjoys music, dancing, and chugging Shirley Temples on Snapchat.
On Friday night in Philadelphia he did at least two of those things. The Process attended a Meek Mill concert at Wells Fargo Center. Mill then invited the Philadelphia 76ers star on stage to dance to some Future.

Of course he got shirtless. And of course everyone lost their minds. We all know Embiid loves Future from his Snapchat stories, so expecting him to stay fully clothed while “Wicked” is playing is obviously asking too much.

Embiid is a risk-taker, though. He’s not afraid to be a fashion icon or make bold moves on social media. And he’s certainly used to performing in front of big crowds, so why not get up on stage and basically practice your crossover in front of Meek Mill and a few thousand of your closest friends?
Listen—Embiid is just endless fun and watching him amble around stage was sure to give Sixers fans a thrill, but let’s not call Embiid an amazing dancer here. It just sort of looked like he was practicing his crossover. Which is fair, considering he’s still stuck at 28 minutes a night.
This man craves the spotlight and wants to perform at Wells Fargo Center. Let’s let him do just that where he’s best—on the basketball court.
