Another game, another dunk, another trip into the history books for LeBron James. With this splendid, seemingly unreal dunk, James moved into 13th on the NBA’s all-time scoring list, passing John Havlicek of the Boston Celtics.
Every time LeBron passes another milestone on the scoring list, it’s fun to wonder how many more rungs of the ladder he’ll climb. He may not be the best player in the game anymore (though, that is still up for debate), but he’s without a doubt a top-5 player, and will remain so for several more years. Assuming he continues to score at this pace, or even a little bit slower, it won’t be surprising if LeBron finishes his career as a top-10 scorer in NBA history.
Hopefully, if he achieves that mark, he’ll do so with a dunk as awesome as this one.
