LeBron Had To Pick Up Laundry In The Locker Room Over The Weekend, And He Wasn’t Happy

If you’re attempting to make the Cleveland Cavaliers roster, there should only be two rules you must follow:

1. Work as hard as you can at all times.
2. Don’t force LeBron James to pick up your sweat-soaked, dirty laundry after games.

That second rule was broken by several players over the weekend, according to Cleveland.com, leaving LeBron surrounded by laundry bags as he was waiting to speak to the media.

The three-time champion, four-time MVP took not just his own laundry bag to the locker room attendants, but picked up off the floor an additional five or six laundry sacks that were strewn about The Q locker room by teammates who had left.

“Hopefully I only have to say something once,” James said, promising to address the laundry littering with the Cavs. “Can’t leave the locker room like that.”

James has always been a stickler for respecting locker room attendants, so the behavior he showed Saturday night is no surprise.

The story couldn’t confirm which players left their laundry behind, but I love the idea of LeBron acting like an annoyed mom or dad picking up after his ungrateful kids. “I work all night long just to come home and find clothes everywhere? Who do you kids think you are?”
