NBA All-Stars Had Some Incredible Lip-Sync Performances Over The Weekend

Part of the NBA All-Star Game‘s entertainment — i.e. the in-between moments when you have to fill some time — included a bunch of players lip syncing to Top 40 hits on the jumbotron. This basically went in one of two ways: Either players (understandably) half-assed it and it came off as sort of awkward, or they totally committed and it was amazing. We’ll focus on the latter because it’s more fun, and let’s just say Golden State forward Draymond Green totally crushed “Call Me Maybe” by Carly Rae Jepsen.

Other highlights include:

Stephen Curry and Chris Paul pouring their actual souls into “Hello” by Adele. I mean, my God, Paul was feeling it. Someone has hurt you, Chris. I don’t know who, but they have hurt you and I am so, so sorry.

— Kyle Lowry getting quite literal with “Sorry” by Justin Bieber. That is a man 100 percent confident in his body and is completely willing to sensually massage himself in front of you. Your first indication might be to look away, but you can’t.

Well done by these guys. If you’re going to play a game that actually looks nothing like basketball, might as well do a lip sync battle in the process. It’s fun, so have fun with it.
