Sneak Peek: T-Mobile’s New Commercial Spot

It’s almost impossible to watch an NBA game these days without seeing a T-Mobile commercial. But featuring the personalities of Charles Barkley and Dwyane Wade, I’m not complaining. Tonight, they’re launching a new 30-second spot during Game 1 of the Western Conference Finals with two new additions: the Walton Family (Bill, Adam, Nathan and Chris – with a family shout out to Luke) and the Barry Family (Rick, Scooter, Jon, Brent and Drew). And we’re told that this is the first time in 10 years that the Barry Family have all been together. Check out the sneak peek below.

An extension of the current “$5 Add a Line” campaign currently running which focuses on family connections, T-Mobile is excited to bring together these real families who unite and connect through the love of the game. After the ad debuts tonight on TNT, it will continue to air throughout the NBA Conference Finals and The Finals. In addition to the commercials, the NBA campaign will also include digital branding, billboards, branded content for TNT and ABC’s halftime feature, select newspaper executions, and local extensions in Boston and Orlando.
