Steph Curry’s First Three Of The Night Was In LaMarcus Aldridge’s Eye

Stephen Curry got off to quite the slow start against the Spurs on Saturday, missing his first six attempts from beyond the three-point arc. His seventh attempt, though, yielded an absolute beauty.

The above shot wasn’t a meaningless one, either. It came in the third quarter to tie the game at 55.

The Spurs changed up their defensive strategy against Curry on Saturday, coming out as handsy as ever against the NBA’s inevitable back-to-back MVP. They’ve been rough with him. They’ve trapped him. Danny Green has even blocked him twice.

But even in the midst of an off-night, you knew a shot was going up once Curry got the switch onto LaMarcus Aldridge. And you knew it was happening quickly.
