Up 2-0 on the Atlanta Hawks with homecourt advantage, the Cleveland Cavaliers are taking an extra cautious approach when it comes to Kyrie Irving’s health. The team announced just minutes before Sunday’s Game 3 that the three-time All-Star will miss his second consecutive contest in the Eastern Conference Finals.

Irving is suffering from left knee pain that kept him out of the Cavaliers’ Game 2 win. He practiced on Saturday with a brace on his injured knee after meeting with famed sports orthopedist Dr. James Andrews.
