It’s not exactly a huge surprise to see Ken returning for Street Fighter V. If the game has Ryu, it pretty much has to have Ken. That said, it’s nice to see confirmation that ol’ blondie is back.
This time around, it looks like Capcom is making some effort to make Ken something more than Ryu with a mullet. Sporting a somewhat different look this time around, including a sassy top ponytail, Ken definitely looks faster and more aggressive than he has in the past.
The end of the Ken trailer also features a couple brief flashes of another unannounced character. He doesn’t look familiar to me, but there are people who know a lot more about Street Fighter than I do.
Is that a braid on the side of his face? Could it be a weird, bug-eyed T-Hawk? That’s my lousy guess. Who do you folks think it could be?
