Jessica Jones has just dropped some new photos from the show. So let’s overanalyze! First up, David Tennant!
Surprisingly, the Purple Man is… not actually all that purple. Considering the Jessica Jones teaser had purple as something of a theme, that’s a bit surprising.
We also get our first non-incendiary look at Luke Cage:
One might suspect he’s tending bar at Josie’s, but, honestly, we can’t quite find a good angle on it to determine whether or not that’s the case. It certainly would be in keeping with the interconnected nature of these shows, but we’re assuming there’s more than one dingy bar in New York City that Luke might be working at. It would also indicate either he’s not yet a PI, or the hero-for-hire biz has some ups and downs.
Next up, here’s Jessica and her good buddy Patsy Walker:
No word on whether Patsy will suit up as Hellcat in this show, but we can hope. Next up, Carrie-Anne Moss, playing somebody who is not, so far, either Spider-Woman or Carol Danvers:

We’ll be able to see these stills in motion come November 20. Which also happens to be the premiere date for The Man in the High Castle, so you might want to bring your laptop with you when you go home for Thanksgiving.
