The ‘Warcraft’ Movie Rolls Out Its First Official Teaser Trailer And A New Intimidating Poster

Eager to scope out the first trailer for the upcoming Warcraft movie? Well, that won’t hit until Friday, but don’t worry, we have a teaser for the upcoming trailer to tide you over. Yes, Hollywood releasing trailers for trailers is an insidious trend that must be stopped, but still, this one packs a lot of rad stuff into 15 seconds.

A guy jumping off a tower onto a giant eagle! Orcs! Giant wolves! A dude shooting a big, wacky old-timey gun! Warcraft basically looks like Peter Jackson’s Hobbit movies without all that boring nonsense about the dwarves and hobbits. Just wall-to-wall orcs and guys getting saved by eagles.

While we’re at it, here’s the latest Warcraft poster…

Apparently, Warcraft‘s battles will be decided on the paintball course. Or possibly in Splatoon.

Warcraft stars Dominic Cooper, Ruth Negga, Travis Fimmel, Ben Foster, Ben Schnetzer as the human Alliance, and Clancy Brown, Toby Kebbell, Robert Kazinsky, and Daniel Wu as the orcish Horde. Paula Patton will play a half-orc character caught in the middle of the mounting tensions between the Alliance and Horde. The movie will be helmed by Duncan Jones, director of Moon and Source Code.

Warcraft storms theaters June 10, 2016.
