David Goyer Says ‘Justice League’ Movie Needs A New Batman. We Have Suggestions.

We’ve previously reported a Man Of Steel sequel has been fast-tracked, and Man Of Steel writer David Goyer has a deal to write the sequel and a Justice League script which includes Henry Cavill as Superman. David Goyer spoke to Hey U Guys and confirmed the rumor that Justice League movie depends on Man Of Steel‘s reception in theaters. He also confirms that the previous script by Will Beall (Gangster Squad) has been thrown out.

Goyer also says they’ll be using a new actor for Batman:

It would be a different Bruce Wayne from Chris’ [Nolan] Dark Knight trilogy. […] Warner Bros has hopes that there will be more Man Of Steel films, and that this will be the beginning of a shared universe. We could meet Batman, or Wonder Woman, or the Justice League in these movies. But they all hinge on box office reception.” [Hey U Guys]

Goyer went on to say that these Batman, Superman, and Justice League movie could eventually lead to standalone films for Wonder Woman, The Flash, and others. Yes please.

Since we’re helpful sorts here at UPROXX (so very helpful), we’d like to suggest some potential Batman actors. For your consideration…
