Last week on Gotham, we met the Ogre, a serial killer who targets the lady loves of the cops who investigate him. This week on Gotham, we apparently pay off that plot line. We’ll be liveblogging every minute, but let’s break out what else is going on.
This is apparently going to be a busy, and focused, episode. For example, Fish’s insane organ-farming plotline doesn’t make an appearance this week, according to advance reviews. It will instead focus on chasing a BDSM-obsessed serial killer looking for the perfect woman, who I’ve taken to calling Realistic Christian Grey. But we’ll see, in addition to the Ogre, the Penguin back on top with his scheming, and Bruce apparently learns a valuable lesson about killing somebody who crosses him. Oh, and Loeb apparently is not done screwing over Gordon, although since his master plan was “Put Gordon in the trail of a dangerous serial killer his brother officers refuse to catch,” we suspect it will not be very effective.
