New Footage And Screengrabs From 'The Dark Knight Rises'

If you watched the MTV Movie Awards this weekend (why?), you’ve already seen this new footage from The Dark Knight Rises. For the rest of us, the new footage is online — as all things should be — so we don’t have to sit through three hours of ads on MTV to get to the one ad we want to see.
During the show, director Christopher Nolan joined Christian Bale, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, and Gary Oldman on stage to present 90 new seconds of footage. Or at least that’s how TheFilmStage tells me it happened. I don’t have MTV, so you could tell me Morgan Freeman rode a unicycle onto stage while Marion Cotillard followed behind juggling rubber chickens, and all I’d have to say is, “Does MTV still air The Grind?”
The footage is below accompanied by several screengrabs in case the clip’s taken down. We’ve also learned from Collider that the film has a listed running time of 2 hours and 45 minutes, so set aside a large chunk of time on July 20th for this one.
