Groovy New ‘X-Men: Days Of Future Past’ Set Pictures Tweeted As Shooting Wraps

We’ve posted numerous pictures from the set of X-Men: Days Of Future Past, and now director Bryan Singer and producer Lauren Shuler Donner have tweeted a few more as filming wrapped on Saturday. Previous set photos included our first look at a full-sized Sentinel, our first confirmation of Ellen Page and Halle Berry’s return, Michael Fassbender levitating (then levitating some more), some foreshadowing, and Jennifer Lawrence in her Mystique bodysuit and kicking a dude.

This next set includes the picture above with Nicolas Hoult as a very ’70s Hank McCoy, Professor X looking like a dirty hippie, and Wolverine looking about the same as always. When you get that old, nobody can convince you bell bottoms are acceptable.

This next picture of multiple Michael Fassbenders was taken in the editing bay.

This next one, labelled “Artifacts”, includes four items which could be spoilers if you hadn’t seen X-Men: First Class. From left to right, it’s the coin Magneto used to kill Shaw, Havok’s decommissioned uniform, Magneto’s helmet, and one of Angel Salvadore’s wings.

And now, it’s the selfie portion of the post:

X-Men: Days of Future Past opens May 23rd, 2014. Make that 15 years, Donner.
