Big Boi And Adam Levine’s ‘Mic Jack’ Video Is A Dry Cleaning Odyssey Complete With A Quick Trip To Space

Big Boi is steadily gearing up for the release of his next solo album Boomiverse. To help build up some more excitement, today, Daddy Fat Sax unveiled a brand new video for the lead single “Mic Jack,” which features Adam Levine. The clip opens with Big entering a dry cleaner looking to pick up his clothes. Levine is manning the front desk. The beat drops, sending the Voice judge into the back to search for Big’s items, while the Outkast member takes off on a quick trip into outer space.

In addition to the new video, Big also took to Twitter last night where he revealed that Boomiverse will drop next month, on June 16.

In addition to Levine, Big has pulled in a wide swathe of recognizable names to help him out with his third solo album, including the legendary production team Organized Noize, Gucci Mane, Killer Mike, Kurupt, Cee Lo Green, Sleepy Brown, Eric Bellinger, as well as some unreleased vocals from Pimp C. In an interview with Billboard, Big said that, “With this record right here, I kinda of took it back to Southernplayalisticadillacmuzik with that elite street sh*t. Everybody wanted the hardcore, hard rap sh*t. We do all of that.”
