Major Lazer Surprise Dropped An Infectious New Single ‘Know No Better’ Featuring Travis Scott And Quavo

Well here’s a welcome surprise. Without any kind of warning, Major Lazer unveiled a brand new, six-track EP today titled Know No Better, and shared a video for a single of the same name. The song “Know No Better” is a bouncy and infectious pop-tinged bit of summer fun that benefits from a trio of guest spots from Travis Scott, Quavo and Fifth Harmony member Camila Cabello.

The single itself comes with an adventurous lyric video that literally criss-crosses the globe from a skate park in Australia to the London Eye ferris wheel in the U.K. There’s even a scene with a sky diver. Lyrically, Travis Scott handles most of the heavy lifting, smoothly rapping out a bulk of the verses, throwing in some of his signature ad-lib work and joining Cabello on the choruses. Quavo rolls through near the end to spit out an impressive third verse.

In addition to “Know No Better,” Major Lazer also dropped five other tracks onto Youtube. “Sua Cara,” “Front of the Line,” “Jump,” “Particula,” and “Buscando Huellas.” This new release serves as a bit of teaser for Major Lazer’s next album Music Is the Weapon that’s expected to drop next year. “It’ll have a few more club songs, a few more festival songs but it’ll be in the same spectrum,” Walshy recently told IntheMix. “Just super-well-written songs with really great production that the entire world can understand.”
