PartyNextDoor Finally Addresses His Beef With Jeremih

PartyNextDoor finally made a public statement in the wake of the fallout associated with former tour mate Jeremih. On Sunday night’s stop in San Francisco, the OVO artist took the time to address the crowd and thank them for showing up to support him.

“I appreciate everyone standing in this room and not refunding your ticket because you wanted to see a real person,” he said in video obtained via DDot Omen. Although he didn’t call Jeremih by name, it’s clear PND’s reference was aimed towards him since fans were given the option of receiving their money back after Live Nation made the decision to remove the Chicago singer from the final three dates of Party’s Summer’s Over tour.

The decision to remove Jeremih stemmed from a series of peculiar events that included accusations the singer used a stand-in to perform in his place at one show which was then followed by an onstage rant where he called PartyNextDoor and his crew “some bitch *ss n****s.” Live Nation made the announcement last week that they “decided it’s best for the Summer’s Over Tour to continue without Jeremih, effective immediately” saying that the repeat incidents left them with “no other choice.”

“[E]verybody knows I’m a real person and I don’t have time for none of that fake shit so I can’t react to fake shit,” Party told the crowd during this performance. “I can’t do fake shit. I’m not calling nobody fake. So everybody in this room that understands real and didn’t refund yo’ ticket, I appreciate you.”
