Before Arrow left for the spring hiatus, Ollie decided to hang up the hood, if only for a little while, while Felicity joined a bunch of hackers and Prometheus was finally outed in the most convoluted way possible. And now it’s back, with Action Felicity! Wait, can this be a thing? Can Ollie just become the desk jockey and Felicity kicks butt?
Anyway, as you might have guessed from the title of the episode, Dangerous Liaisons, Ollie and Felicity are planning to seduce the pious wife of a member of Congress and the virginal bride to be of a… oh wait, no, instead it’s Felicity getting in too deep with her “hacking collective” and Ollie sprinting off to her rescue because those two are totally winding up together at the end of this season. But, hey, at least Felicity gets to do the secret missions for once!
Oh, also probably we’ll learn something more about Ollie’s plans to return to Lian Yu and mercifully end these flashbacks, and probably a bit more about Curtis, Wild Dog, and the new Black Canary.
