Blake Lively on Harrison Ford: ‘I hadn’t seen Star Wars or Indiana Jones”

“The Age of Adaline” is a sincere but paranormal romcom about a woman coping with immortality after she survives an accident that prevents her from aging. Though eternal life sounds great in the broad strokes, Adaline (Blake Lively) finds herself fleeing every romantic relationship when it comes time to admit she's a hundred years old, not 28.

The movie is a strange little experiment, but both Lively and her onscreen beau Michiel Huisman embraced the eeriness of “The Age of Adaline” and built excellent chemistry together. We interviewed both stars about their peculiar characters and what it was like bonding with costar Harrison Ford. Turns out it's easier to approach Ford when you haven't seen either “Star Wars” or the Indiana Jones movies — which Lively bravely admitted to us.
