Marvel has been on a roll lately with Thor: Ragnarok, Black Panther, and Avengers: Infinity War in quick succession, and it looks like they’re going to continue that hot streak with Ant-Man And The Wasp. Early reactions from initial press viewings have hit Twitter, and it seems like Marvel has another hit on their hands.
The general consensus emphasized the sheer fun and innovation of the latest Ant-Man outing, as well as the self-contained nature of the film. If you’ve been in a deep, dark depression since Bucky uttered “… Steve?” in confusion, Ant-Man And The Wasp might be just the thing to pull you out of it.

Had a blast watching #AntManandtheWasp. It’s super funny, which is its greatest charm. Very personal, small scale story (again) and definitely focused on being light and family friendly. However, it seems like this guy (who previously trolled Twitter with his early Infinity War review tweet) saw… uh… a different cut of the film.
#AntManAndTheWasp has everything Marvel fans are hoping for. Amazing tech, hilarious quips, Ant-Man enters the Quantum Realm and eats Bucky’s ass, and some twists and turns that’ll leave those left heartbroken by the events of INFINITY WAR with something to look forward to 😉

Early reviews like this are a pretty decent gauge for how audiences will react to a film, so consider our interest stoked. For all the talk lately around “superhero fatigue,” Marvel seems bound and determined to keep the fire going. Plus, any movie that features a karaoke singing Paul Rudd is not to be missed. Fingers crossed that he also breaks out some of those signature dance moves.
