Then you have already seen the trailer for “Endless Love,” the latest weepy romantic melodrama that follows the tortured love affair between two uncommonly attractive young people living in a photogenic location. This one stars Alex Pettyfer and Gabriella Wilde as David Axelrod and Jade Butterfield, two uncommonly attractive young people with made-up names whose unfolding romance consists mainly of twirling through public fountains, staring lovingly at one another on carnival rides, running through grassy meadows and reciting impassioned tear-stained monologues to one another, because that is what young beautiful people in love do.
