Idina Menzel took to the Super Bowl stage to perform the national anthem, and it's fair to say her rendition of “The Star Spangled Banner” was… as exactly Idina as you imagined.
Though the greater mystery of the Super Bowl's musical portion concerns what Katy Perry has planned, Menzel's performance was unsurprising in a good way. Her grand trill filled the stadium in Glendale, AZ, and reminded you her version of “Let It Go” was the hit radio version for a reason.
