Jamie Lannister rides through South Centros in ‘SNL’s’ ‘Game of Thrones’ spoof

There have been a bunch of funny “Game of Thrones” parodies over the years, but “Saturday Night Live” came up with a fresh take by looking to none other than John Singleton's 1991 classic “Boyz n the Hood” for inspiration.

Imagine an eighth previously unrevealed kingdom, South Centros, that seems a lot like the South Central Tre and Doughboy are trying to survive in the “Hood.”  Not only does Ice Cube (Kenan Thompson) make a cameo, but Jamie Lannister (Nikolaj Coster-Waldau) lets him know the Lannister's have their eyes on him.

Check out a parody that is probably much funnier if you've seen “Hood” than if you haven't in the embedded video below.
