LOS ANGELES – Jennifer Lawrence was almost speechless when it came to her acceptance for Best Supporting Actress for “American Hustle” at the 2014 Golden Globe Awards ceremony. But backstage, she got the ball rolling, discussing how she stays out of trouble, asking how she should hold her statue and talking on what she would like to do besides acting in the filmmaking world.
“I would love to direct one day. My passion for directing happened at the same time as it did for acting on my first movie,” she said. “But I don’t want to suck, so I wanna keep learning. And I’m learning from the best, fortunately, David O. Russell.”
Her director for “Hustle” also got to celebrate other awards, including Best Motion Picture – Comedy Or Musical.
