John Oliver is leaving “The Daily Show” for his own weekly HBO talk show
Oliver will host a Sunday night show starting in 2014 that will take a satirical take on the news, much like “The Daily Show.” Oliver says in a statement: “I’m incredibly excited to be joining HBO, especially as I presume this means I get free HBO now.
