Information is still scarce about exactly what brings Mulder and Scully back together in “The X-Files” revival next year. Most of us safely hedged our bets on ‘alien threat” but perhaps we were wrong.
In this new trailer released last night during “Gotham,” Scully declares there to be a new case…with a monster. But is she speaking hyperbolically about a dangerous human or literally about something that goes bump in the night?
Knowing “The X-Files” it”s probably both.
