Outrage Watch: Michael Buble is suddenly controversial

On Monday, Michael Buble, a singer of standards whom your grandmother loves, posted the following photo to Instagram:

By Wednesday, outrage over the photo had hit the news cycle. Social media users took particular umbrage with his use of “sexist” “body-shaming” hashtags, including “#hungryshorts” and “#babygotback.”

By Friday, outrage over the photo had reached such a fever pitch that Michael was forced to apologize let you all know that his feelings were hurt:
