Ryan Reynolds is visibly moved by ‘Deadpool #250’

Ryan Reynolds is having waaaaaaay too much fun playing Deadpool.

Honestly, they don't need to make a movie. They should just let Reynolds be Deadpool from this point forward. After all, Marvel's done with him in print, right? Isn't that the news?

Okay, that's not quite true. But the massive $10 “Deadpool #250” that just arrived in stores is both the end of the run by Brian Posehn and Gerry Duggan and the alleged end of the character's life. Marvel's going to be making some big changes in the next year, so there's no telling what their actual long-term plans are for the character, but for now, it appears that they've reached the end of the story.

I'm sure Ryan Reynolds was thrilled to get his hands on the issue, and even more thrilled to take a picture of himself reading it:

From the photo to the hashtag, you're doing God's work these days, sir. Keep it up.

“Deadpool” will be in theaters February 12, 2016.
