Supergirl star Melissa Benoist posted this behind-the-scenes Instagram photo of her and Wonder Woman's Lynda Carter on set. Carter, who played Wonder Woman for three seasons in the '70s is unfortunately not playing the famed superhero in Super Girl but she is playing a huge role as President of the United States.
In season two – which switches from CBS to The CW in the fall – Carter has a recurring role as POTUS in the Supergirl universe. Other guest stars include Tyler Hoechlin as Clark Kent/Superman and Chris Wood as Mon-El.
Season two premieres on The CW on October 10.
