‘Supergirl’ stuntwoman flies into ‘American Ninja Warrior’ record books

Jessie Graff is in better shape than you. She”s also in better shape than everyone you know, have ever met, and might ever meet. Using all of her powers, the Supergirl stunt double has now made American Ninja Warrior history.

Graff, 32, became the first woman to complete the Stage 1 course at the ANW national finals. What this really means is she can balance on the head of a pin, fly through the air and run vertically all while competing against an unforgiving clock. It”s exhausting to watch, so it must be hell to actually do.

Graff has an impressive athletic background. She competed in the NCAA pole vault championships in 2003 and 2004. Her stunt career has landed her gigs in blockbusters like Transformers: Dark of the Moon and Iron Man 2, as well as TV shows The Walking Dead, Sons of Anarchy and the aforementioned Supergirl.

Check out the video below and then wonder how many years it would take you to finish the same course.
