Need A Place To Stay For The Super Bowl? How About A $500 A Night Tree House?

Let’s say that in the next few days you miraculously come into possession of tickets for Super Bowl 50. It doesn’t matter how; maybe someone you know that had tickets suddenly can’t go, and they’ve picked you to take their place. It’s happened before, it can certainly happen again.

Of course, that leaves little time to plan the logistics. Unless you live nearby, you’ll definitely end up paying a bit more for a flight to the Bay area. But this is the Super Bowl, you can figure out how to pay off the credit-card bill some time down the road. So, all that really leaves is lodging. Which, finding a vacancy a week before the Super Bowl? In San Francisco of all places? Good luck with that.

Thankfully, Airbnb’s got you covered. You don’t have any objections to staying in a tree house, do you?

It only accommodates two people, so it’s not like you can host a huge bash up there. But the place gets rave reviews, with nearly everyone who has stayed there indicating how awesome it is. Said one recent lodger:

The place was absolutely gorgeous. My boyfriend and I felt spoiled by the time we left — everything was laid out so adorably and personalized. The tree house wasn’t even cold because there was a space heater and extra blankets. The breakfast they provided in the morning was delicious. No complaints whatsoever. 11/10 would recommend.

Okay, so maybe it seems a bit more romantic than you’ll need for a day that will otherwise include a ridiculous amount of beer and chicken wings. But if you’re in a bind, it sure beats a motel.
