Paul Feig Awesomely Took Down Misogynistic ‘Ghostbusters’ Trolls On Twitter

Paul Feig, seen here with Kristen Wiig, Kate McKinnon, Melissa McCarthy, and Leslie Jones (in the back), is currently shooting the Ghostbusters reboot in New York City. Most people are excited for the all-female Ghostbusters, thanks to Feig’s excellent track record paired with the comedic talent of the women involved.

But, unfortunately, not everyone is thrilled about the reboot. And, even more unfortunately, some people choose to let their displeasure manifest in some unhealthy and time-consuming ways, who seem to devote a large amount of their energy into trolling Paul Feig and the individuals involved with Ghostbusters on Twitter.

Wednesday night, while relaxing on vacation and possibly somewhat intoxicated, Feig finally shot back at a few of them:

I don’t have anything else to add here except that I love the juxtaposition of “go f*ck youself” right underneath Paul Feig’s cutesy Peanuts movies avatar. I think I like drunk Paul Feig.
