When The Fast and the Furious first hit theaters back in 2001, it doubtful anyone truly imagined it would become the billion dollar franchise it is today. But, more unexpectedly, it’s doubtful anyone ever expected there would come a day where the series would find itself in the company of greats by getting its very own themed ride at Universal Studios Hollywood.
Opening later this summer, Fast & Furious Supercharged is going to become a new feature at the park, and that’s totally cool. There aren’t any promises right now that attendees will get to hang out with Vin Diesel or pop some car wheelies, but it’s probably going to be just as fun all the same. So, here’s hoping all admissions come with a free pair of thunderwear at the very least.
