No, seriously. I might have joked about it when discussing the featurette focusing on the film’s heist element, but one of the defining characteristics of Michael Douglas’s Hank Pym in all the Ant-Man promos has been his grumpiness.
Consider the latest clip from the film, in which Pym and his daughter Hope Van Dyne (Evangeline Lilly) invite Scott Lang (Paul Rudd) and his crew over to discuss their plans to steal the Yellowjacket armor. As funny as the gang is, it’s obvious that Douglas’s character really, really wants to tell them to get off his lawn.
