Warner dropped a new TV spot for Suicide Squad on Wednesday during the NBA Finals game. Additionally, Jared Leto recently said some things we have a pressing need to make jokes about because it’s just too easy.

Right after Suicide Squad received a PG-13 rating, and shortly after a test screening went swimmingly, this TV spot comes along to remind us, “We’re bad guys. It’s what we do.” How bad they’re going to be with a PG-13 rating remains to be seen, but (to be fair) director David Ayer was intending it to be PG-13 all along, and says he’d like to bump it up to R for the sequel.

Meanwhile, Jared Leto spoke to Digital Spy about his oh-so-method take on The Joker. He said director David Ayer “wanted to make something really different. He wanted to break some rules, and that’s very compelling. I got the sense he was on a mission. This wasn’t just a movie for him.” That does make sense. Ayer directed Fury and wrote Training Day, so you know he’s going to demand some intensity. And intensity is something Jared Leto seems to have on tap, for better or worse.
