This is war.” The third installment of the Planet Of The Apes reboot series, War For The Planet Of The Apes directed by Matt Reeves, just flung a final trailer in our general direction. (The first two trailers are available here and here.) The final trailer features grenade-wielding primates and this scene, which didn’t include the subtitle we added but it was implied.
In War For The Planet Of The Apes, Caesar (Andy Serkis) returns, and this one adds Woody Harrelson as a ruthless adversary and Steve Zahn as a character called “bad ape.” We hope he’s a nice aardvark, but it’s more likely he’ll be a creature of the “ape dual-wielding semi-automatics on horseback” variety:

In War For The Planet Of The Apes, the third chapter of the critically acclaimed blockbuster franchise, Caesar (Andy Serkis) and his apes are forced into a deadly conflict with an army of humans led by a ruthless Colonel (Woody Harrelson).
