The seal has already been broken on Indiana Jones, thanks to those Chris Pratt as Indy rumors. Now, our minds have been exposed to the possibility that one of the last un-rebootables could be in play, and all we have left is E.T., Nintendo Presents the Wizard, and Back to the Future. Obviously, I’m slightly exaggerating, but the point is, they’re coming to eat our past to fuel their future, and this fake trailer for a Back to the Future reboot with Vin Diesel looks good enough to get people thinking.
We all know what happens next… a franchise merger between Fast and the Furious and Back to the Future where Dominic Toretto goes back in tiiiime in a tricked out DeLorean to save Han and throw Biff Tannen off a bridge because his dad is actually Marty McFly, and he jumped out of that race car before he hit the wall. Because, surprise, this is also the Freejack reboot that nobody was expecting.
Actually, that doesn’t sound half bad. Thank you, fake Back to the Future trailer, for turning me around on this.
